As far as I can tell, this has nothing to do with the differences between XP
Home and XP Pro. I don't believe Outlook has that oprion in the rules.
Outlook Exprfess, however, does. Perhaps you're using Outlook Express on
the machine that allows it, but Outlook on the machine that doesn't.
That said, the account properties should contain than information. For
Outlook 2002, for example, I can find that on the "Advanced" tab of the
"Internet E-mail Settings" box, opened by the "More Settings..." button on
the E-mail account properties page.
