Rules Wizard - custom action

Based upon the Voting button response to an email, I need
to add respondents to an existing appointment and send the
meeting request to them. How can I set this up?
Thanks in advance for any help you could give.
 
You can write code in the Item_CustomAction event handler on the custom form that has the voting buttons.
