Rules will not upload

I get an error when creating rules and activating them. The error reads "One
or more rules could not be uploaded to Exchange server and have been
deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported
or there is insufficient space to store all of your rules." I've tried
deleting every rule and put only 1 rule in from a single person and move it
to a folder in Outlook but I keep getting the same error. I can force the
rules to run and it runs just fine but none of them can remain active. I'm
using Outlook 2002.

Thanks for the web page but I've already tried these. The problem is I'm still in Outlook 2002 and don't have 2003 yet. I've tried starting from the start and delete every rule I have. Every method I try the result is still the same error.
