In Outlook 2003, is trhere a way to kill/block/automatically delete all mail
sent to a specific address. An ex employee had an aliased address
(e-mail address removed). He has left but any mail sent to (e-mail address removed)
now gets sent to me as the "postmaster". It's easy to create a rule for FROM
specific addresses, but not for TO a specific address.

It's easy as far as I can tell. Use the "with specific words in the
recipient's address" condition. If that's not suitable, use "with specific
words in the message header".
