Hi all -

OK - I have a couple of customers that live in Europe, and are getting scheduled for meetings at like 7pm. They would like to automatically reject any meeting request that comes in during their off hours. I have looked some and short of writing a script, I haven't really found a good solution yet (grated I just started looking) So I'm hoping somebody out there has a good idea on how to deal with this issue.

Your input is much appreciated.

thank you!

There might be third-party rules engines that can to that and the Outlook
2007/Exchange 2007 pair has an out-of-office assistant that is
calendar-aware, but Outlook itself can't manage. Third-party and code are
your choices.
