Rules in Outlook 2007

I've setup several rules to sort incoming email that work on the first run,
but don't seem to be active after that.
 
This is POP3 account. The rules move messages into specific folders based

on sender or subject.

Post the exact text of a rule that you believe is notr working and an example
of a message that you think should be acted upon. Change nothing except for
any real e-mail addresses in either.
