Can anyone tell me where Outlook is storing rules ? Are they stored in pst
file ?

Thank you very much :)

I have another question in Outlook Express when creating a rule there is a
possibility to change logical operators - and / or between conditions. I
can't see that in Outlook 2003. Every condition I put in a rule has and
operator.
If I want to filter emails for emails with specific keywords or emails from
specific email address I have to create two rules because if I used one rule
the emails would have to be with specific keywords and from specific email
address, because of the and operator between conditions. Is there any way
around that ?

Yes, in the inbox. You can see them if you use OutlookSpy.
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/fix_junk.htm has instructions on using
OutlookSpy to view the hidden contents.

That's correct. To effect an "or" operation you need multiple rules.
