Rules for Outlook

I have setup rules in my rules wizard to filter incoming
email messages from the Comcast account automaticly. When
the messages arrive in my mail box, they are not filtered
to the correct folders. The rules will filter the
messages if I go into Rules Wizards > Run Now. Therfore,
there is nothing wrong with the rules I have setup. Is
there some setting I am missing to filter the new mail
automaticly? Thanks
 
If you're using XP, then that's the problem. XP has a
known issue with rules not being able to run automatically.
There's no fix yet.
 
My goodness that product is close to two years old maybe more and Microsoft doesn't even have Office XP anymore. Can you provide a location that discusses this? Thanks.
