I'll like to know if is possible to create a rule for outgoing messages
(email sent).
What I'll to do is saved automatically every email sent in a respective TO:
folder.

In Yoshmar Manrique <[email protected]> had this to say:

My reply is at the bottom of your sent message:

Yes... Create the folders, then create a new rule, don't use a template, and
select to check the mail after sending and then set it to move the messages
to the folders that you'd setup. This is in Outlook 2002 so probably is the
same for a couple other versions. Maybe I should get off my butt and install
one of the newer version? <g> Anyhow, yes you can do it, just don't use the
template, start with a blank rule.

It doesn't have to be a pain if you turn off the built-in default feature that saves all messages in Sent Items. Substitute a catchall rule to move a copy to Sent Items, plus additional rules (higher in the rule order, with "Stop processing" turned on) to move copies of outgoing folders to other folders based on specific criteria.

Rules for sent items you can only Move a Copy - it's a pain.

But if you don't save copies in the Sent Items folder, only one copy gets
saved and in the folder you choose.
