I have access to a mailbox. I want to take certain emails
from that mailbox that are sent from a specific address
and copy them to my personal inbox.

Is this possible?

Thanks.

What is the exact setup, where are the messages located and with what
version of Outlook?

Yes it is. Just go to [Tools | Rules] and create a new
rule that checks for messages "sent from the specific
address" and moves them to the specific "personal folder".

I've tried that and it works when I run the rule in that
mailbox itself but when new mail arrives to that mailbox
nothing happens.

To answer the question above I am using Outlook 2000 and
the setup is: (I'm not sitting in front of it right now
but I'll try from memory)

I have my own mailbox and the other mailbox was added by
Tools --> Services --> Right click properties on
Exchange and then added the other mailbox.
