Rules don't filter junk email

I love the new junk email filter in Outlook 2003, but it
only seems to filter junk that ends up in my inbox. I
have 4 different accounts set up in Outlook, and I use
rules to tell the messages where to go. Whenever junk
email arrives in the account I have set to just go
straight to my inbox, it's filtered out just fine. But if
junk email comes to the account that I have a rule for it
to move to a different folder, the junk email still gets
through and just goes to that account's folder.

Any ideas on a setting I need to change? I've been
looking and can't seem to find any..

Thanks for your help!

Great question! It is a problem that many have experienced
(including myself) and have inquired about on these groups. As far as
I can tell there is no fix or workaround for this yet. It is a real
snafu and we can only hope that a fix is on the way. Does anyone know
if MS is aware of this annoyance and if they are working on a
solution???
