Is it possible to create a rule to print a document every time a user sends
out an email.

I have a situation where I was told they want the user to PRINT the E-Mail
to our Document Management system. It is setup like a standard printer, but
need to do it AUTOMATICALLY?

Can this be done in Outlook?

Did you even bother to look at the Rules Wizard? On mine, the "print it"
action is quite clear.

OH, is that what that is....

Gee, I certainly wish I had the PRINT IT option.

I know in the OLDER outlooks, it had the Print It option, BUT, I can't seem
to find that in 2003 on the Terminal Server.

Thanks for the helpful insight.

I don't see it in my list, can you please point it out?

NOW, with all that being said, I do have a print it when it RECEIVES,
but that wasn't the question.

I misread your statement about printing when sending. Sorry. Perhaps if
you could write a custom action, that would work. I don't know how to do
that , myself.
