Am I to understand that 'stop running rules' will apply only to the
permanently deleted message and not apply to new messages? If this is
so,
my rules seem to have quit working altogether and my messages are not
being moved to folders as they should. Is this a problem or am I to
understand that 'stop running rules' will apply to new messages as
well?
:
How and why would you want to apply other rules to that message as
well
once
you've deleted the message?
When a new message arrives it will be scanned by all the rules again.

We have upgraded to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000. I had rules
setup
in
the previous version to permanently delete spam with specific words
in
the
subject or body. Now these rules also have stop running all rules
checked
as well. Is there any way to just permanently delete without having
the
other rules stop running?
