Rule to Forward & include a message

It is easy enough to write a rule that will forward an
incoming e-mail to a co-worker. However, I also want the
rule to let me write a short message to accompany the
forwarded e-mail. I don't see how to do that and would
appreciate any help.

rules won't do it - see emailtemplates. not sure if exlife (ornic.com) will
do it or not.
