Dear newsgroup,

Anyone know how to create a rule automatically saving
attachments for incomming messages to a special folder on
the fileserver?

Depending on i.e sender or subject the rule will save the
attached file to a special folder on the fileserver. Not
an Exchangefolder.

The rule has to be stored on the Exchangeserver and work
even when Outlook and the client workstation are closed
down. Anyone know how to do?

Thanks in advance.

I want to do something related to this: I wish to globally
remove all attachments from all emails in all Outlook
folders.
How is it done?

Thanks a lot everyone.

This has got nothing to do with Outlook anymore then ;-)

There is an add-in you can do all of this but Outlook has to be running for
this. Don't you have an old machine you can use just for this purpose? If so
here is the link for the add-in.

If you decide to order use "BH93RF24" to get a discount

If that is no solution for you see if someone in the programming newsgroup
of Outlook and/or Exchange has any ideas;
outlook.program_vba
exchange.development (not sure if you need this one but they will redirect
you to the correct one then)
