Long story short, well I'll try.
I'm replacing my pager with a new cell phone. All my LAN
alerts are sent to the pager. So now I've got to send
them to the cell phone. The phone has a limit of 160
char. The alerts are pushing the limit and to make things
even worse the vtext service is adding returns and spaces
in the message so now all I'm getting is the original
alert header and the forwarded alert header but not the
message body.
Does any one know if and how I could customize Rule Wizard
to not send the original header? Right now it's setup as
forward to dis. list.
It's been along time but maybe the answer is to run a
script on Exch? Anyone have any ideas or info on running
this kind of script on Exch2K?
