I want to locate and flag email from outside of my company domain. I do not
want to mark them as junk mail, because they are actually customer email.
How can I flag or locate all email NOT from my_company domain?

Thanks,
Sue

Apply it to all mail (select no conditions) and set an exception for mail
from your domain. Another method if you use Exchange server and internal
mail does not have a header, is to use words in the header - if @ is in the
header, flag it.

Taking advantage of the fact that m company uses the Exchange server, the
rule for flagging email with '@' in the address worked just as I needed.
Thank you!
