Rule based on source code??

Is it possible to set a message rule for junk email, based on what is in the
source. I am getting a number of emails from a
http://www.orgtechservice.com, however, this website does not appear in the
header, name, subject, etc. I can only see it if I view the source of the
email.

Not if the message is HTML. Outlook doesn't seem to scan HTML very well.
