RTL error

What is RTL? Error reads " Unable to start driver for HPZipm12.exe
(HPZipm12.exe)

Also I when at my desktop, I cannot use browse to retrieve a picture for my
desktop background. It says I must insert a disc into Drive F. Just started
doing this. I've always used a digital picture for my desktop display. Any
suggestions?

RTL stands for runtime library and HPZipm12.exe is a Hewlett-Packard printer
driver. Try re-installing your printer software.
