I've been having problems with OE...I can't attach files
or pictures to send. If I attempt to do either OE just
shuts down. No error messages. I was told it could be
another "identity" conflict of sorts....I deleted the
only other 2 on here...the kids....they had never used
them. Still the same problems.

I tried a system restore....I get an error message
telling me "rstrui.exe - Entry Point Not Found" -
"Procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.DLL."

I'm clueless here....someone please enlighten me. I have
3 hairs left and i'm about to yank them out.

Thanks...

Snowy

pop in your WinXP CD (if you have one), do Start > Run > sfc /scannow >
OK.

.
reinstall service pack 1 and make sure you install all
critical updates as well

Thanks....I did you you suggested. I didn't get visible
results so I'm not sure if anything was missing or not.
Is there somewhere I should look? I tried OE
again....ssame thing......I rebooted and tried
again...same thing.
