*.rrr and other strange files on disk

After some help of computer "hacker" in redoing my system he somehow
reformatted two HDs and, besides my legal XP, installed two Virtual Networks
(I believe that I removed those somehow), a bunch of other gadgets (that I
removed most of them, anyway). But, from start I saw on all 3
HDs/partitions some strange files that I never saw before (formatting many
times in my long life). They are:

C:\s-1-5-21-796845957-1060284298-725345543-1003.rrr (present size 8,151,640)
D:\00007E00-16961695 (size 4,096)
D:\00007E00-16961695_Backup (size 4,096)

On partition E:\ I had similar files as still are on D:, however after I
reformatted E: myself (Partition Magic) I don't see those anymore.
What to do with this? What's *.rrr might be for?
Should I be worry or - how to interpret those?

What's *.rrr might be for?

Rhapzodé is a compiler for Microsoft PowerPoint which enables authors to
create, manage and securely distribute their PowerPoint presentations. A
Rhapzodé Resource Repository (.RRR) file contains all the meta data for a
project. It is an XML compliant file which manages how a compiled PowerPoint
is created. An .RRR file contains no content, just directives and pointers
to content.

Thanks. Searching Web also showed me some relation to Rhapsode. So - with
this file I'm relax even I don't use Power Point. But - what about those
other files?

These?

D:\00007E00-16961695
D:\00007E00-16961695_Backup

No extensions, they could be anything. What kind of icon do they have, that
may be a clue.

The second one is a backup of the first and judging from the size, the exact
same as the first one.

Open them in Notepad to see if they contain any text.

Open Notepad and drag the files one at a time into the open Notepad window.
