You could look at UltraVNC - http://ultravnc.sourceforge.net/

However, you'll have to be able to get the remote users *to* the computer
somehow, from the Internet, through your router/firewall. If you are saying
you have two PCs at your church and want to access them *both* remotely, if
you have only one public IP, you'll have to set one of the machines up on a
different listening port. And all of this might be further complicated if
you don't have a static public IP address, although that isn't entirely
insurmountable.

You might find something like GoToMyPC more useful, and easier - it isn't
too expensive.

If you want something free, either RealVNC or UltraVNC will work well. A
commercial program that works well is pcAnywhere. One thing to note is
that all parties (the church and the people connecting from home)
really need to have a fast Internet connection (broadband) for this to
be truly useful. Dialup will be so slow you'll want to kill
yourself. ;-)
