Kindly help me in fixing RPC Shutdown Bug. I have Isas.exe and winhlpp.exe
files which are affected with agobot virus...and no antivirus is able to
remove them. When I delete those files manually, my computer fails to log on
Windows XP. Please help me. I would welcome if u can send suggestion in my
email. Thanks

Hi,

Restart in Safe mode and run your antivirus software. It is unable to remove
the infecting files in normal mode because the virus is active. I would also
suggest that you consider some other removal tools (all of which should be
used in Safe mode):

Free virus removal tools:

http://www.emsisoft.com/en/
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/8/lng/us/tpl/v5/nid/3001#3001
http://www.f-secure.com/download-purchase/tools.shtml

Also, you may use this free on-line scanner:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Symantec also distributes many free removal tools that are virus-specific:
