Do I blame it on Hurrican Isabel? Just before the
electricity went out, I had successfully downloaded
Netscape 7.1 and was working on-line just fine. Now when I
go online using Netscape or Internet Explorer, I get a
message that says "This system is shutting down..initiated
by NT Authority\System...Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
service terminated unexpectedly."
Then the system shuts down in approximately 60 seconds and
reboots itself. Any idea how to fix this nuisance. No
problems up until now. I have Windows XP Home Edition
Version 2002.
