RPC Server Not Found?

What does this mean? Or "what have I done to get this?", is probably a
better way to phrase the question.

Usually, this is Domain related. If your PC isn't on a corporate network
then I'd check the Service mappings on your PC. Specifically, Remote
Procedure (RPC). Make sure it's Startup type is automatic and it's
Service Status is started.

Services can be accessed by:
Click Start, Run (Type) Services.Msc [Enter]

Also be sure you didn't install a "Network" specific driver. Some printers
offer both Stand-Alone and Networked driver packages.

Ty. This did at least give me an error msg.: 193: oxc1

Hey,

If you get an "RPC Server not found..." error, then you have a DNS
configuration problem.

I would like to know at which point you get this error message.
