RPC Remote Procedure Call

i recently had a hard drive go up on me, so i got another
one, installed windows xp. i use Nvidia motherboard port
for my internet connection, and after the computer runs
for about 10-50 min it gives the error of "Windows must
now restart because the RPC service terminated
unexpectedly.. please help
