Hi,
I am running an Exchange 2003 Server in a Windows Server 2003 environment. I
have Outlook 2003 clients. I have downloaded, installed, and properly
configured the RPC-HTTP settings in my Outlook for it to work. However, when
I log on to it outside my network it asks me to authenticate. I enter the
proper information yet I am denied access. Any ideas why? Thanks!
Matt

Does it work when you are on the corporate network and only fail from the
Internet? (Start Outlook with the /rpcdiag switch. A dialog will come up
and show what type of connection has been established. You might be
surprised that Outlook tries all protocols even though you configured it for
RPC/HTTP.)

I am having this same issue, however I can connect on the intranet only.
When I try to connect outside the firewall, I cannot get in.

I ran rpcdiag and the intranet connection is https, so that is ok.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Tom
