Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 - Label problem

Terri

I just installed this program AND all the updates necessary from the
website. When I go to Label Creator, everything freezes and I have to
go to Ctrl-Alt-Del and close the program manually....

Any suggestions for me? ROxio has been of no help whatsoever...

Well that's the best you're going to get here. This group is for issues with
the Windows XP operating system, not 3rd-party applications installed
thereunder. If you wish to obtain support for a third-party application your
recourse is with the developer of said application. You may be running the
application under XP, but that fact is completely irrelevant.
 
Open one of the individual applications eg Classic Creator and use their
Auto Update feature under Help on the Toolbar.
