How to change row header back to left-side of worksheet?

Sorry for my short and unclear information.
Basically Excel Row Header is at left-side of workshet, but recently I has
receive one workbook with Row Header at Right-side of worksheet, so i was no
idea how
to move it back to normal basic condition, can i request some help, thanks.

Click Tools/Options on the menu bar and select the International tab... if
there is a check mark in the CheckBox labeled "View current sheet
right-to-left" at the bottom of the panel, then uncheck it and see if that
fixes your problem.
