Row formatting based on cell content

That didn't turn out the way i had hoped to explain what i get in m
files....but if you can imagine a space in the first colum where
heading appears

Would appear that your revised posting is as messed up by word-wrap as the
first one.

I believe you should have a look at Format>Conditional Formatting
