Routing tables

Greetings All,
I need a little help.
I had to replace a modem and reinstall some software drivers for my
satellite internet after thunderstorms took out my last modem. Since then, I
can't connect to a specific range of IP addresses, namely the block that I
use at work.
Does anyone have any idea how to clear and rebuild the routing tables?
I have searched just about everywhere and can't find anything that tells me
how to do it.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

You might take a look at the HOSTS file. No extension, just HOSTS.

It should be in >>> C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

Also check restricted sites in Internet Explorer.

Start | Run | Type: inetcpl.cpl | OK |
Security tab | Click on the red Restricted sites |
Then on the Sites button
