Hey guys

Last night I was uploading a file via ftp to my site,
in the middle of the upload the ftp program just stoped and said lost
conectionto host.

ok so I try and reconect like 40 times, I cancel the ftp tranfer and
try to http in to my site.
to my horor i cant connect.

I can connect everywhere but to my site. when i try and ping my site
via ipconfig it does resolve to the ip, but gets no responce on all 4
times.

So i run to one of my other machines ( being a capitalist pig, I have a
few ) and notice the same thing, my site seems down.

To make this short,

I can see the site if I bypass the router, and go straight to the cable
moden, from any computer.
I reset the router, I upgraded the fimware, I downgraded the fimware, I
flushed all dns in my computers.
I renewed all, what am I missing, I have a linksys DGL4300 router, I
could not see anything that would tell
if there was a dns cache setting I could clear, I would think after all
the resets, that would clear any way.

I'm about to break this thig over my neigbors head, ( he pisses me off
alot ) please help !

No Bob

But its working now,

Strange thing is the hosting company said some how my ip got on the
servers white list,
but my ip should be the same wether im behind my router, or not.

anyway, the server was blocking my ip, but when I would bypass my
router I was able to log in.

makes no sence to me.

Thanks
