Does anyone know of any software that can schedule a reboot of an ADSL
router/modem, in particular a Netgear DG834.

Tried the program, but it does not work with a router-modem but will control
an ADSL modem directly allowing a scheduled reboot etc:.

Just the beginnings of an idea... I can't think of software
specifically designed to do this - unless Netgear still ship decent
utilities on CD with their routers like their old ISDN software suites.
However, if the router has a web interface I imagine you could do
something creative involving a batch file, Curl and scheduled tasks in
Windows (or script/Curl/Cron in Linux).

Or convert to a WRT54G and add the reboot routine to the firmware.
