Round Down to Nearest 15 Minutes

I am trying to Sum my sales data by grouping all of the tranactions to the
quarter hour (rounding down to the quarter hour). For example assuming my
data looks like this...

05:22 100.00
05:27 200.00
05:31 150.00
05:34 250.00

Then my output would be...
05:15 300.00
05:30 400.00

And so on. I am having no luck with this. Any help is appreciated.

You can group on an expression like
CDate(Int([NoTimeFieldNameGiven] * 96)/96)
The 96 comes from 96 - 1/4 hour time periods in a day.
