The option to rotate the text bix is there but its not activate.soHow can we
rotate a text box/.

You cannot rotate a textbox in Word. What you can do is copy the textbox and
paste special back in as an enhanced metafile. Then you will be able to
rotate.
If you mean rotate the text in a textbox then post back and we will try to
help some more.
