Rotating pictures

On his XP Home machine, my son can block-rotate
thumbnails in My Pictures by selecting them all and right-
clicking and choosing 'Rotate..." from the dropdown menu.
But this choice is missing from the menu on my machine.
I'm running XP Pro V5.1+SP1. Is there anyway to get this
function?

I have a similar problem. I tried "REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
but it makes no difference. I can't rotate any pictures
taken after 15 Dec 2003? Same camera, no idea whats
going on here? Any ideas?
