Rotate text box?

How can I get my text box to rotate? I know in the past I have been able to
set the text box with the green dot on top to rotate it, but I can not
remember how to set that up. Thanks!

In Excel 2000 you right click on the text box, select "Format Text Box",
then change the "orientation"
