Rondebruin send mail 2.1 add in ???

Hey guys
I want to send only one worksheet of my workbook. For that reason I downloaded the send mail add in 2.1 and it generally works fine
Problem is that it doesen't seem to work with the worksheet I want to send which is a chart sheet. When I am in the chart sheet the sendmail in the tools menu is not there. But its available in all the other sheets and works fine there.
Any solutions? Bec I only want to mail the graph and not the data

Yes I am using Outlook as my mail client and everything is working fine, except of sending the worksheet with the grap

Hi Matt!

Excel charts need the data.

You can send without the data sheet(s) it's linked to but the link is
retained which won't be much help to the receiver.

Best I can suggest in Excel, is to hide the data sheet and send the
entire workbook.

Another alternative is to capture the screen and send the screen image
as a jpg. I use CaptureEze Pro for this but there's a lot of other
software on the market that will create jpg's

The only ways is to send the data sheet also
Or make a screenshot and paste it in a worksheet and send that
worksheet.(this is a easy way)

Or send it like a picture like Norman Suggested

It is correct that you don't see it if you have select a chart sheet

But if you use the Sheets option you can select Chart sheets also.

I think I change that the next time I update the Add-in

couldn't read your first post but the second one hits the point. I only don't know what you mean with

I mean I can send the chart only but only with a little trick that takes a while. I want to have it for somebody in my office who needs to use this function every day

If you have a worksheet active you can choose Sheets Exact or Special to select a Chart Sheet
But you get the problem then that the Chart sheet needs the data sheet.
You must send the data sheet also

Maybe this is a option

Press PrintScreen with the Chart Sheet Active
Select a worksheet and paste
Send this worksheet

who needs to use this function every day.
 
Hi guys,

Where could I find this add in because as I understand right it make
it possible to send a sheet as an attachement, if that is the case
could use it very good..
