Rollup1 vs 824145

I just installed Xp rollup1. Now IE wants 824145. What is 824145
doing? removing Shockwave?

I use Mozilla ONLY as a web browser ( thanks to ms 6sp1 and Xpsp1a).
Please, stop removing products that I need and calling them security
updates.
