I have a windows xp SP2 box that is connected to a cisco VPN. Whenever I
connect to the VPN the dns always rolls to the alternate. Has anyone seen
this before?

Hello ,

Thank you for posting.

From your post, I am not very clear about which problem you are facing now.

In order to identify the exact problem, would you please let me know the
information below?

1. If you connect this Windows XP SP2 box to other VPN server, for example:
Microsoft RRAS server, did this problem again?
2. What does "the dns always rolls to the alternate" means exactly?
3. Please run "ipconfig/all > c:\ip.txt" after the VPN connection is
established, and send me this ip.txt file. My e-mail: (e-mail address removed)

Please let me know the information above so that I can provide further
assistance on this problem. I am looking forward to your reply.

Sincerely,
Kenxl Zou
