Rolling back XP Service Pack 1

I have a SONY PCG-SRX99 and after installing XP Service
Pack 1 I am having so many problems. How can I roll it
back or uninstall it without simply reinstalling XP?

If you elected to save the files when you installed it, then it should be as
simple as selecting it from add/remove programs. If you didn't...well, I
think you know...
