Roar on Speakers

I have CALLWAVE on my Windows XP System for use when I am on the internet and
need to field phone calls. Recently a call came in on my phone while I was
on the internet and before I could click to take the call the caller hung up.
Since that time I have a roaring noise on my speakers. HELP

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling their software before asking
them for help.
