I have an office desktop computer and a laptop, to sync outlook I carry my
PST on a 2gb datastick (USB flash drive) and just plug into the PC I am
using. This works well for my 2 PC's.

I randomly visit our network of 650 shops and need to collect my emails.
For security and convienence I do not always carry my laptop.

I would like to use the shop PC by plugging my datastick into the usb and
collect my emails, I know it's not as easy as that, but I cannot work out
how to carry the account settings or profile on the datastick.

If what I am asking is not possible, does anyone know of a reliable email
client that will totally install on a datastick

Thanks

You can't. The profile (containing the account information) is kept in the
Registry.

Perhaps something here would work:
http://email.about.com/od/windowsemailclients/
This, too, looks very promising: http://www.pc-tools.net/win32/jbmail/

Ten seconds with a Google search of "+small +mail +windows +client +no
+install"

Note that that the suggestions I posted are POP clients. Yuo won't be able
to access and Exchange server, except by POP and you won't be able to access
an exiting PST. POP clients also DOWNLOAD and DELETE mail from their
servers, unless you configure them to leave a copy on the server.
