.RMJ Converted to MP3

I've saved CD's (store-bought) to my hard drive and now want to burn them using Nero but I need to convert them to MP3. I know there is free-ware that can do this but I've lost the link....Anyone have a link?

It's best to re-rip them as WAV files, so there is no loss in audio quality. If
not, you might able to convert them with RealPlayer 10. In the future, use a
popular codec such as MP3 or AAC.
