RIS - SIF file entries

Is there anywhere I can look to get a comprehensive list
of what can be done in a SIF file, such as how not to
install games, or how to install non default applications,
set partition size etc.

you should try to get your hands on a copy of the OPK and read the
documentation for RIS and unattended install. It's very comprehensive. The
OPK automatically comes in the box when you purchase a "3 pack" of XP from
an authorized distributor.
