RIS and unattended answer file document?

Somewhere on the MS site I found a document that listed all of the settings
for unattend.txt that should largely be applicable to ristndrd.sif files.
Does anyone know the document name or a link to this documentation? Thx.

I did find this link. I thought there was a Word doc that could be
downloaded.
