Ripping music

It says that it encountered an unexpected error when i
try to rip the music. What do i do? I can play the cds on
any other player.

Also, is there any way to uninstall this verion (version
9) and downgrade to a previous version. Version 9 has
screwed up everything.

No, you have to do a system restore.
