Right Shared Border Floating

On www.salmonuniversity.com I have top, left and right shared borders. The
right SB doesn't "hug" the content to the left of it. It floats to the right
depending on how wide the browser window is. What do I need to do to keep the
right SB from floating?

There is no such thing as a floating Shared Border. Shared Borders are
implemented as a Table so you can't move them around. Consider using
includes instead.

I may have used the wrong word, "floating". What I need is to keep the right
SB immediately next the the content on the page. What do I need to do to get
the right SB to stay next to the content?
