right mouse menu

When i am online and i click the right hand mouse button, the button menu
that appears includes a link to an unwanted website that wasnt there before,
can anyone tell me how to remove it please?
 
Spyware may have added this to the mouse menu.

Run:

AD Aware SE 1.05
Spybot: Search and Destroy 1.3
CWShredder

and also process the updates for these utilities (there is a button/option
in each so as to get the updates).
