Right mouse click menu

When I use the right mouse menu in IE 6 I have an
option "Web Savings". How can I get rid of this ? I have
security turned up and cannot find any adware or spyware.
 
Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
